Delivery / Terms and Conditions
- General
1.1. In these terms and conditions (collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”), “Prowine Limited” or “we” or “us” means Prowine Limited and the “customer” or “you” means any person, firm, company or body which places an order with us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1.2. We shall ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on our website are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
1.3. We shall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed on our website are in stock. If products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.
2.Delivery/Collection
2.1. You may enjoy free delivery service to one (1) specified billing address per invoice with a minimum purchase amount of HK$1,500. For purchase amount below HK$1,500, an extra fee of HK$150 shall apply to any delivery in HK Island and Kowloon.
This service is available from 10am to 6pm between Monday and Saturday (excluding public holidays).
2.2. Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon and extra fees shall apply to outside areas.

2.3. After your order has been accepted, we will confirm with you about the expected delivery date. Please check whether all your ordered items are delivered against the invoice/delivery note (as the case may be) upon delivery, then sign and return the delivery note to our courier to confirm your acceptance of goods.
2.4. Please note that no wines are stored at our office. But under special circumstances and with 48 hours prior arrangement, wines may be collected at our office.
Should you pick up the product in our office, you or your authorised representative will be required to produce your email confirmation for identity verification. We may need you to provide further information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your account profile). If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorised representative, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.
If our office is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the products on the next day when the office is opened.
2.5. Late order delivery
Our cut-off time order is at 3pm for next working day delivery. An extra fee of HK$500 may apply for urgent delivery. Price may vary depending on the situation. Cut-off time order is subject to change without prior notice.
2.6. All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
2.7. In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
3.Next Day Delivery
For successful orders placed between 9am to 3pm between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays) and confirmed by us via email, the estimated time for delivery to your specified billing address will be on the following business day during your selected timeslot (except Sundays and public holidays).
For successful orders placed after 3pm on Friday (excluding public holidays) and confirmed by us via email, the estimated time for delivery to your specified billing address will be on the following business day during your selected timeslot (except Sundays and public holidays).
For orders placed between Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday, the earliest estimated delivery date will be the day following the next business day.
We will deliver as scheduled to the best of our ability. Next Day Delivery may be affected due to seasonal factors and festive periods as the volume of orders may be higher than usual.
4.Delivery service is not available:
4.1. At restricted areas and outlying islands.
4.2. Where there are no authorised or legitimate unloading area within 50 metres of the building of the delivery address. Change of decision at the discretion of Prowine Limited. Extra Fees may apply before or after the delivery.
4.3. In case where the deliveries are delayed due to hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rain storm signal, we will try our best to arrange the products to be delivered on the next day.
4.4. If you fail to receive your ordered products upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery(es).
5.Your responsibility
5.1. It will be your responsibility to read all information we provide on our website in respect to your order.
5.2 Should you not be present to receive the goods as scheduled, your authorised representative must be aged 18 years old or older.
5.3 Provide us with a correct and up to date contact address, email and telephone number.
5.4. Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for any loss or damage, costs or additional charges that may arise from failure to discharge these responsibilities.
6.Postpone & cancel a delivery
6.1 If you postpone the delivery, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable postponement fee depending on the quantity.
7.Delays
7.1. Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for any delayed delivery.
7.2. If through no fault of ours, we are unable to deliver your goods, we will hold them in our storage. Wines may be stored in our warehouse free of charge for up to 7 days from the date of order. Prowine Limited reserves the right to charge for storage at cost for any period over 7 days.
7.3. There are delays or events outside our reasonable control which increase or extend the resources or time allowed to complete a delivery.
7.4.If due to any uncontrollable reasons (including fire hazard, injury or death, accident, natural hazard, any law enforced by HKSAR government or departments, order, announcement, rule, regulation or restriction, strike, labour dispute, labour or skilled worker shortage, product or supply shortage, transportation delay or any other reason beyond Prowine Limited’s control (no matter the same with the aforementioned)), that made us cannot fulfil the responsibilities stated at this site, we will not be responsible for these areas.
7.5. For the safety of our employees, we reserve the right of stopping delivery service.
8.Breakages/Shortfall
All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be communicated at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
