1.General

By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1.2. We shall ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on our website are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
1.3. We shall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed on our website are in stock. If products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.

5.1 Prowine may:
5.1.1 deactivate or suspend the Website or any part thereof, with or without notice to you, to carry out system, maintenance, upgrading, testing and/or repairs; and/or
5.1.2 limit or suspend your access to any of the Website with or without notice to you if Prowine is of the opinion that such action is appropriate as a result of your use of the Website.
5.2 Termination hereunder shall not affect Prowine’s rights in relation to any antecedent breach or liability incurred prior to the date of termination.
6.Force Majeure
Prowine shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures.
7.Law and Jurisdiction
All sales and contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
8.Content Policy
8.1.
