A dress sewn in gold, shiny and haloed with greenish reflections, this tone becomes more intense with age, the bouquet of the Appellation Puligny-Montrachet brings together hawthorn, ripe grapes, almond paste, hazelnut, amber, lemongrass, green apple. Lactic aromas (butter, hot croissant) and minerals (flint) are usual, as is honey.
